Leila Borders
Pastor of Parish Care
Crisis manager, peace-maker, relationship junkie, closet accordion player, mystic
As early as I can remember I knew I was born for ministry. Dedicated to the art of loving, and the work of caregiving – I am passionate about people living healthy, productive, and peace-filled lives. Married to my high school sweetheart for 30 years, Mark and I are blessed to have both of our children living nearby. Our son, Josh & daughter-in-law, Sara both bring sunshine to our world every day! Our daughter, Beth (my twinkie some say) is the epitome of joy and laughter. We also have a surrogate child, Belle; she is a beautiful golden retriever who enjoys BBQ sauce with her chicken nuggets.

Congregational Care Administrator
Avid out-doors person, playful "kid-at-heart", devoted to family and friends
I am "Nana" to three active boys who keep me young. I love to hike and spend my spare time outdoors enjoying God's beauty. I enjoy time with family and friends - sharing good fellowship, good food and good movies. I accepted a marriage proposal from a wonderful man after knowing him for only 3 months and 38+ years later we are still very much in love.

Ed Fulton
Facilities Manager
camper, fisherman, boater and hunter.
I love spending time with my wife, sons and three grandsons, and my dog Beau. After working for a major car manufacturer for 34 years, I love my second career as the Facilities Manager – helping all the programs run smoothly, maintaining the building and preparing the Church for Sunday worship.

Melissa Greene
Pastor Of Music And Arts
animal lover, American Music Award winner, tae bo master, dreamer
I love the arts. I love working with deeply passionate people, and I live for adventure. My very full life now gets to involve all three. My husband Ben, son Hutch, daughter Haven and our 4 legged companion King, keep this ride beautiful and anything but boring. We continue to dream big, live out of love, and watch in amazement at what else God will do.

Pastor Of Counseling Services
master story-teller, author/publisher, cancer survivor, blissfully married
We all have a story (our life) which makes us uniquely special. Whether it is good, bad, sad or glad it is our treasure. My journey is to come along side you and uncover your treasure which may seem hidden and buried in darkness. Let's bring it to Light. I love parties, poetry, movies, music and everything that moves my body and soul. Learning is irresistible whether from formal education, experience or YOU. My process includes TRUST, SAFETY, COMPASSION, and -oh yeah- hard work.

inquisitive; organizer; accepting; expeditor; i root for the underdog
I love sunrises. Every morning represents a fresh start and every challenge, to me, is merely a stone upon which I can sharpen my character. Life is about choices. I choose to be happy; to do good; to love God, myself and others. Being a founding member of GracePointe Church, I am passionate about its mission and purpose. I am also passionate about my pets, Maggie, Frosty & Mardi!

Nancy Mitchell
Director of Ministry Support
home body, deep-thinker, multi-tasker, gap filler
I was raised in the Methodist church in a small town on the Iowa Missouri border. I never dreamed I would be married to a pastor and in full time ministry. But, now I feel like this is what I was born to do. I've always had a heart for others.

Stan Mitchell
Senior Pastor
people-lover, eternal optimist, numbers guy, old soul/young mind
I wake up every morning saying "Hot dog, another day!" I love life and hate to sleep because I'm afraid I'm going to miss something. I think Easter celebrations and Stan Jr.'s baseball team are equally holy. I love to laugh, and I love to teach. I love to read and LOVE to talk St. Louis Cardinal baseball with my dad. By the way, I still get butterflies when I'm heading home to see my wife Nancy. And if you wonder why I'm shaped like a spiral it's because a little girl named Nina Kay keeps me wrapped around her finger.

Buck Rambo
Pastor of Visitation Emeritus
sage, oil painter, gospel music legend, prayer warrior
After a whirl-wind ministry of 56 years, now I start my day at 5:30 am with coffee in bed served by my beautiful wife Mae with our puppy Princess. I never know what the rest of the day will bring as I head out into the vast needs of our congregation. My world revolves around my Church and extended family.

Have you heard about that space where the veil between heaven and Earth is so thin you hardly know which is which? I have three of those spaces: in the presence of children | leading worship through song | and when I'm at/on the sea.
I think that's the most profound and revealing thing I could possibly tell about myself. I love church and the extended family that comes with it and am so grateful to be able to serve children and their families at GracePointe. My husband, Stephen, and I have moved around a good bit over the last three years and are glad to have landed back in the hills of Tennessee in the midst of such a fantastic community.
Clint Ribble
Pastor of Media Services
former rock-star wannabe, technology geek, logical thinker, problem solver
While it may look like I am most comfortable holed up behind a computer, I'm actually most at ease spending time with actual human beings. My wife and two boys are clearly my first priority, and I love the experience of creating memorable moments with them. After studying computer music and sound design at Berklee College of Music, I moved to Nashville because I knew it would be a great place to raise a family.

Director of Children's Ministries & myGPS Volunteer Program
team builder, relationship manager, free-spirit, rebel with a cause, foodie & mom
I was born and raised in Houston, but my second home is Lafayette, Louisiana where I learned how to love life and learned how to cook. I love to cook big food for lots of people! My husband, Thomas, and I moved to Nashville for his job. After having my beautiful daughter, Jamie, I kissed corporate America goodbye and worked as the Administrative Director of a Montessori school. I found myself there. I have the utmost respect for children and absolutely love working with them and their families. I also find nothing more exciting than watching someone's life flourish through the magic of volunteerism.
