The church is representative of the world in which we live, full of people who are in every possible phase of life; some are hurting, some are just getting by and others are in a good place after serious repair.
It’s not uncommon to need help navigating through life.
We are a therapeutic church that believes healthy honesty is the foundation of a healthy life. JourneyWorks is a doorway into which you may run or crawl, where you can listen and receive, whisper and grieve, shout and conceive a new life- a better life through counseling, weekly recovery groups, weekend retreats and referrals to specialized counselors and treatment centers.

How it works:
JourneyWorks serves active GracePointe attendees, primarily Monday through Wednesday from 9 am until 5:30 pm. The associated fee is between $35 and $100 (cash / no insurance taken) for each 50 minute session due at the time of counseling. To discuss your needs please call Pastor Stan Mitchell at 615-866-8772 or [email protected].

Prayer
Just pay attention, then patch a few words together
and don’t try to make them elaborate,
this isn’t a contest but the doorway into thanks,
and a silence in which another voice may speak.
