Second Saturday
Second Saturday is a monthly service project program. After experiencing missions work at MFUGE camp, GPYG decided to make serving others an integral part of the life of our students and of the group as a whole. On the second Saturday of every month we head out into the community to serve the people of Franklin and Nashville. From packing food boxes to visiting nursing home residents, helping renovate housing for low-income families to serving food in a soup kitchen. We strive to offer our students a broad range of experiences and a glimpse into the lives and struggles of the people right here in our community.
